What you get
- 40 lb bags of water softener salt, delivered to your home.
- We carry them in and fill your brine tank. This is included in every plan — it is not an add-on and there is no extra charge for it.
- Prefer we just leave the bags? Choose doorstep at signup. Same price — it is an opt-out, never an upsell.
- We bring up to the number of bags in your plan and fill your tank. If your tank can't take the full amount, the rest comes back with us.
- We check every three months that you're on the right plan, and we'll tell you when a smaller plan or a longer interval would suit your home better.
- Recurring automatically, monthly or every other month, until you cancel.
What you're buying
Your plan is a service level, not a quantity of salt. You're paying for a scheduled visit at which we bring up to the number of bags in your plan and fill your brine tank. If your tank can't take the full amount, we bring the remaining bags back with us — the price of the visit doesn't change, and no credit carries forward.
You get a full tank on a schedule without thinking about it, and we absorb the variation in how much any given tank takes. If your tank is regularly close to full when we arrive, that means your plan is larger than your home needs — which is what the quarterly review is for. You can change plans or cancel at any time.

- Choose monthly or every other month. The price per delivery is the same either way.
- Extra bag added before the route cutoff: $12.
- Reschedule because we could not get access: $10.
- Prices are shown before applicable sales tax.
- The Studio (1-bag) plan is available in Herriman only, because a single-bag stop is only workable on our densest route.
How it works
- Enter your address and pick a plan.
- Choose a time for your first delivery.
- Pay securely on Stripe's checkout page. You are charged when you sign up, before we buy and deliver your salt.
- We show up in your chosen window, carry the salt in, and fill your tank.
- After the first visit your home joins the recurring route for your neighborhood, and billing follows the same schedule.

Lehi — waitlist only for now. If your address is outside the area we serve, you can join the waitlist and you will not be charged.
When we start
Our first delivery route runs Saturday, August 8, 2026. Sign up before then and you will be on it.
What we don't do
We deliver salt and fill your tank. We do not repair, diagnose, program, or modify water softeners, we do not do plumbing, and we do not clean tanks or remove old salt.
Cancelling
Cancel future deliveries any time with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date. If you've paid for a visit you haven't received yet, you can take the visit or have that payment refunded — see the refund policy.
