We're local, and we actually show up.

We live in Herriman. Koda — the dog on our logo — is ours, and she rides along on some of the deliveries.

Hauling forty-pound bags from the store to the basement is the worst part of owning a softener, so we made it somebody else's job. Ours.

You'll have our cell number. If something goes wrong, you're calling a neighbor, not a call center.

Questions.

What if my tank is already full?

We fill what your tank can take. You're paying for the visit and a full tank, not for a set number of bags, so the price is the same either way. If your tank is close to full every time, tell us — a smaller plan or a longer gap between visits will save you money, and we'd rather have you on the right one. The full terms are in our terms of service.

What if nobody's home?

Tell us at signup where to leave the bags and we'll leave them there — that's a completed visit. If there's nowhere authorized and we can't reach the softener, we'll contact you to rebook. During our first season, before general liability insurance is active, filling your tank means an adult needs to be home.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, with 7 days' notice before your next billing date. No phone call, no retention script. If you've already paid for a visit we haven't made yet, you choose: take the visit, or have that payment refunded. See the refund policy.

What kind of salt do you use?

Standard 40 lb bags of water softener salt pellets — the same thing you'd buy yourself, carried in for you. If your softener needs a specific type, ask us before you sign up.

Do you repair water softeners?

No. We deliver salt and fill your tank. We don't repair, diagnose, program, or modify softeners, we don't do plumbing, and we don't clean tanks or remove old salt. If something's wrong with your unit, you want a plumber, not us.
