Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Your name, email address, and phone number. These are collected by Stripe on its secure checkout page and passed back to us so we can contact you about your delivery.
- Your service address and your delivery preference (whether we fill your tank or leave the bags), so we can find you and serve you correctly.
- Your visit history — dates, what we delivered, and a note of how full your brine tank was when we arrived, which is what we use to check you're on the right plan.
- How you found us — campaign tags in the link you clicked and the site that referred you.
- Waitlist requests — if we don't serve your area yet, we keep your email and the city you asked about so we can tell you when we do.
What we do not collect
- We never see or store your card number, expiration date, or security code. Payment details go directly to Stripe. We store only Stripe's reference identifiers so we can look up your subscription.
- We do not store garage door codes, lockbox codes, or alarm codes. If you need to tell us how to get in, tell the technician at the time of service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this business:
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Supabase — the database that stores your customer and delivery records.
- Cloudflare — hosting for this website.
- Resend — sending your confirmation and reminder emails.
- Google Analytics — understanding how people find and use this site. We do not send your name, email, phone number, or address to analytics.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Text messages
If you check the box to receive text messages, we record that you agreed and when. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us. We do not share your phone number with anyone for marketing.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure visits. You can block or delete them in your browser; the signup will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and delivery records for as long as you're a customer and afterwards as needed for accounting and tax records. Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them or we close the list for your area.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us and we'll take care of it. Deleting records we're required to keep for tax purposes may not be possible, and we'll tell you if that applies.
Children
This service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the effective date above, and we'll tell customers directly if the change is significant.
